Steve Haney Was Awesome The last time I went to buy a car, all the Oregon dealers tried to gank me on my trade-in, and I had to go to Washington. Not this time. I told Steve what I had over the phone, he quoted me a trade-in value above KBB, and he stuck to it after I arrived. The price he gave me for the new car was very fair, and I didn't need to haggle. Though not his fault, it still took 3 hours to complete the sale. The process needs to be streamlined. More

Great service, just took longer than I expected. We started our car buying experience online theough a buying program and did virtually all the shopping and negotiating via phone since we were 2 hour We started our car buying experience online theough a buying program and did virtually all the shopping and negotiating via phone since we were 2 hours away from the dealership. Steve made that whole process very easy and was exceptionally attentive without coming off as pushy in any way. selecting the model and trim package was easy, and Steve was an expert on what was and wasn’t available in each package. My only quibble came when it was time to drive up, sign paperwork and drive off in our new car. That process took 4 hours, which was double what i had expected. Granted, during that time all the staff was attentive and accommodating, but why it took that long to draw up the paperwork is beyond me. At the end of everything Steve did an outstanding job going over all the features and workings of the car, and I would happily work with him again, just perhaps get the paperwork sorted before we make the trip up. More
