Great service, just took longer than I expected. We started our car buying experience online theough a buying program and did virtually all the shopping and negotiating via phone since we were 2 hour We started our car buying experience online theough a buying program and did virtually all the shopping and negotiating via phone since we were 2 hours away from the dealership. Steve made that whole process very easy and was exceptionally attentive without coming off as pushy in any way. selecting the model and trim package was easy, and Steve was an expert on what was and wasn’t available in each package. My only quibble came when it was time to drive up, sign paperwork and drive off in our new car. That process took 4 hours, which was double what i had expected. Granted, during that time all the staff was attentive and accommodating, but why it took that long to draw up the paperwork is beyond me. At the end of everything Steve did an outstanding job going over all the features and workings of the car, and I would happily work with him again, just perhaps get the paperwork sorted before we make the trip up. More

Enjoyable Experience I never have enjoyed buying a vehicle until I bought from Ron Tonkin Kia. In the past, hours were spent negotiating and signing paperwork. I never knew car buying could be convenient until we bought from Tonkin. Four years ago we bought a new 2014 Kia Optima SXL Turbo posted on Tonkin’s website from Breez. In just a couple of phone calls and texts, the car was on its way to our home in Kennewick, WA, we signed paperwork in the comfort of our kitchen, and our trade in was on its way back to Tonkin. We have enjoyed that car tremendously! Now, we had the same easy, pleasurable experience buying a new 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 AWD from Ryan Maloney at Tonkin. After a couple of calls and emails our beautiful new car was on its way to Kennewick at an unbeatable price and fair amount for our trade. Papers were signed in our kitchen and our Optima taken back to Tonkin. It was seriously simple, and a great deal, too. We didn’t have to spend hours at a dealership. I joked with Ryan and Rebecca that I could’ve stayed in my pajamas (though don’t worry, I didn’t). We are four hours away from Tonkin, yet the experience was so wonderful four years ago, we came back again, and had the same great experience this time. My thanks goes out to Breez, Rebecca and Ryan. We’ll keep coming back to Tonkin because of the incredible service you’ve provided. Thank you for making car buying easy! More
