He delivered the car to me at my work on his day off and I was able to sign the papers there so I never stepped foot in the dealership! I love that I did not waste a whole day at a dealership!!! Painless car buying experience Doug answered the phone at Ron Tonkin Kia when we called to inquiry about a car listed on cargurus.com. He confirmed it was in stock and was cool with Doug answered the phone at Ron Tonkin Kia when we called to inquiry about a car listed on cargurus.com. He confirmed it was in stock and was cool with us coming over to check it out immediately. When we showed up, Doug was in the back making sure the car was ready for viewing (it had recently been traded in). We found Doug very personable, friendly, and professional. He was not pushy in the least and was very fair. We felt like he was not rushing us at all through any part of the process and let us test drive the car as long as we liked. There were a lot of folks buying cars that day, so it took awhile to sign all the paperwork, but it was a super easy car buying process from beginning to end. When we were done signing everything, we came out to find Doug washing our new vehicle. Since it was so busy that day, there weren't any other staff members available to do a last once over, but he thought it was important to have us drive away in our new vehicle looking its best. I definitely recommend other potential car buyers work with Doug. More
