Excellent Customer Service I traveled up from Corvallis to buy a Kia Soul + from Ron Tonkin Kia. The Certified Soul I purchased had just recently arrived at the dealership and t I traveled up from Corvallis to buy a Kia Soul + from Ron Tonkin Kia. The Certified Soul I purchased had just recently arrived at the dealership and there was a crack in the windshield which hadn't been replaced yet. Steven Kaney was assisting with the sale, and when I asked if there was a way to get the windshield repaired without having to make the 90 mile return trip from Corvallis, he talked to the service department and arranged to have Action Auto Glass drive from Salem to Corvallis, where they did the job right there in my driveway. It cost Ron Tonkin extra to have the glass company come to me, and I really appreciate how much travel time it saved. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase experience and am grateful for Steven's assistance in the whole process. More

More and more impressed I thought all was lost. My wife and I bought a uncertified used soul with Allan and I loved it, but then there were problems with the car that could n I thought all was lost. Allan and Rebecca took care of us in a way that you would not expect a dealership to because it was not in their best interest when it came to money. I don’t know about all the sales people at Ron Tonkin Kia but I know Allan and Rebecca and they really care for you. They always go above and beyond and will tell you how it is. They always tell you the truth and will always try to do what is best for you. I know Allan would never sell you something that you could not afford. And again I am even more impressed with the sales team than I have been on our other purchases.
