When I got to the dealership, Gregg met me and introduced me to Scott who introduced me to the Niro. He was knowledgeable, thorough and super pleasant Needless to say, the process was quick and even painless. Best car-buying experience ever. I love driving my new Niro Hybrid and am looking forward to driving “her” home to Oceanside. More

Not impressed! They promised they would deliver the car because I live so far away. They would not do it in a timely fashion, said it would take two days to arrange They promised they would deliver the car because I live so far away. They would not do it in a timely fashion, said it would take two days to arrange it. I had to take the day off of work and when I got there the car only had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. After complaining about that the fleet manager got the manager of the dealership to agree to giving me a Half of a tank of gas. Needless to say I will not ever buy another car no recommend anyone to this dealership! The sales person that I worked with was really nice and didn’t pressure me but everything else was a huge disappointment. More
