Above and beyond I had been talking to Steve for a couple days about a Ford F-350 platinum they had for sale. I contacted the dealership via internet inquiry, and hooked-up with Doug Daskalos. Doug is a very friendly, likable guy, and he worked with me throughout the deal and made the buying process painless, patiently answering all my questions. Dealing with him and Ron Tonkin Kia was ENORMOUSLY better than my previous Kia-buying experience back in Chicago. We made an appointment to test drive the Sorento. Steve had 2 parked out front that they had in stock. We picked one that had features and colors we liked. We then mentioned to Steve that we would like to look at some cars for my son. He pulled up their inventory and showed us a few different options. He found a car on their other lot that matched what we were looking for. Test drove it and and was very satisfied. Steve never put pressure on us to do anything we didn't want to do. Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Steve spent time with us explaining all the features on both vehicles. This is the 3rd time we have purchased from here. We live in Keizer and have a Kia dealer in Salem that doesn't compare to this dealer. They have earned our business time and again. My son will probably buy his next car here too. More
