From the day of our initial visit Mike was very friendly and positive. He seemed genuine in his efforts to help us find the car we needed. I believe that if you give each client "all" the information for that car----if it is the right car for that client they will come back to purchase that car. We did. We came back on aother day & Mike was gone. Dan cordially helped us till Mike came back. Dan was a new salesman and tried his best to help us but we were glad to see Mike and complete the transaction. It was a positive experience for us. More
I've never owned a Chevy vehicle before, so I was rather cautious when I visited Ron Westphal to look at the Chevy Spark. Salesman, Mike Watgen, came out and introduced himself after giving me a few minutes to look by myself; Mike provided alot of information about the vehicle, answering all my questions without hesitation. He was NOT aggressive with his "sales pitch", which was a major factor in my decision to purchase a Chevy vehicle. I had been to other dealers, which "bum-rushed" me as soon as I got out of my car. I ended up purchasing the Spark LT2, in Silver, which they didn't have in stock. Mike located one in Michigan. He then went to the trouble of going to Michigan and bringing the vehicle back himself. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Chevy to go to Ron Westphal and request Mike to show you around and assist with your purchase. More
Mike Wiley was especially helpful throughout the entire sales process, even going the extra mile to deliver the vehicle to my mechanic's shop for s final check before the purchase. I worked with an internet associate @ Ron Westphal who mislead me on the options a particular pre-owned vehicle had (2013 Chrysler Town & Country) I actually had made a deal on another van like this one mislead me on the options a particular pre-owned vehicle had (2013 Chrysler Town & Country) I actually had made a deal on another van like this one at a dealer near my house and killed that deal upon hearing this van had ALL the options I wanted and was the same price as the one I was buying locally. Ron Westphal is about an hour from my house and when I got there I was VERY disappointed the van was equipped the same as the one I was buying. The only reason I got my money back and came to RW was because this van allegedly had heated seats and factory remote start. It had neither of these options. Between Mike Wiley, Mike Kalsto and Bill Houlis I not only saved additional money on the van but they had the van equipped with after market remote start and heated seats and then delivered the van to my house the following Saturday morning. This, in my eyes, is WAY above and beyond customer service. My expectations were exceeded and I will not hesitate to contact them for my next vehicle. More
I had gone into Ron Westphal Chevrolet simply to do some car shopping. This was going to be the first brand new, not-used car I had ever purchased, and I had just started searching. I went in there certai car shopping. This was going to be the first brand new, not-used car I had ever purchased, and I had just started searching. I went in there certain I was not going to buy a car, but that was until I had a chance to work with the sales staff at the dealer. They were very helpful and informative and helped me to find a car that I loved and to buy it. I came away from my experience at Ron Westphal very satisfied and would definitely recommend going there to others for excellent selection and service. More

We previously purchased a 2007 Tahoe from this dealership. Due to the customer service and how we were treated throughout the years, we decided to trade in the vehicle to purchase a 2013 Tahoe. If it were not for Gene and Bill, and their continued commitment to quality customer service and believing in the Mission Statement of Ron Westphal Chevrolet, we would have never returned to this dealership to purchase another vehicle. In this day and age, customer service is why you continue to do business with a quality dealership. I would recommend Ron Westphal to anyone and everyone. They truly care about the consumer and will do everything within their power to ensure that you are satisfied. However, it is not only how they treat the customer, but also how they continue to treat their customers throughout the ownership of the vehicle. They understand that there are other dealerships out there and they stand committed to the customer from the sale and throughout their ownership of the vehicle. I cannot say enough about Gene and Bill, since THEY are the reason we returned to Ron Westphal (along with their service department). They have always been there for whatever we needed or questions which we had. They exemplify what customer service is about. I saw the car onsite. I later made a conditional offer below list price via telephone which was acceptable. I took the vehicle off premises to my mechanic. It checked out ok. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Danny who asked what I was interested in. He showed me the showroom model and not only gave me the facts about the car but a personal stor greeted by Danny who asked what I was interested in. I then worked with Gene, who showed me a few models outside and took me for a test drive. Gene was the one who I worked with to buy the car and he made the experience very easy and pain free. Don tied up the financial ends for me. All three gentlemen were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable buying from this dealership. I have had poor experiences in the past with other Chevy dealerships, so I am very excited to establish a relationship with this one. I even recommended Ron Westphal to a friend who is looking to buy a new car!! More
