My son bought his HHR brand new there, then took a buddy in with him a couple years later when he was ready to trade off and they both purchased brand new pick ups. Bought the second car I've ever owned, by far the best experience yet. I called ahead spoke directly to Frank who works with the bank got everything done, walked in and sign the paperwork and took my best experience yet. Frank was polite professional smiled while talking, was insightful, listened to my wants needs must haves and have suggestions, at the end of the day I felt good about my decision and the car I was getting!! Scott was great to work with. We came to purchase a new vehicle which the dealership had in stock however when we came back to purchase it, it was sold. Scott worked to find us the exact same car. After trying for a couple of days could not find a match so we came in and just placed an order. A few days went by when Scott called and said that he did find an exact match but it was 250 miles away. He went and got the car for us a few days later. We were thrilled that he took a day to go get the car so we didn't have to wait the 4 - 6 weeks for the ordered one. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend the car dealership to friends and family. More

Dan, Here is a review you will not be posting on you website. I thought with the intenet the old days of buying a car with smoke and mirrors and palor tricks were gone. Your dealership has re-inforced website. I thought with the intenet the old days of buying a car with smoke and mirrors and palor tricks were gone. Your dealership has re-inforced that notion is still alive and kicking. We were in the market for either a traverese or tahoe. Once looking at the traverese, we realized it was not going to meet our needs so we turned to the tahoe. Don (who was friendly) showed us a tahoe that we liked. It was used, which was fine. He then turned it over to Frank and it went downhill from there. We asked how much the used tahoe was and he told us 41,000. Yet on the internet it was advertised for 38,000 WOW. We then told him we were interested in either purchaing a tahoe or leasing and wanted to see the numbers. The lease number he came back with (after being gone for 15 minutes to talk with his "manager") was on a pre-printed filer for $799 with no money down!. This was for a 2WD with just the standard basic options. We then stated that the chevy.com website adverstised the same vechile for $469 a month. After giving us a dirtly stare for 30 seconds he went on the website to verify. He fumbled around the website pretending not to know where it was (really? not familiar with the current deals offered throught chevy). He then went a way for another 15 minutes (I assume to talk to his manger again) and came back with another pre-printed form and said we could do the $469 with $5200 down. In talking beforehand with someone who leases all his vechiles, he stated that the monthly fee gos up or down about 30 dollars for every 1,000 you put down. So if I went with the no money down my payment should only be around 600, not the 799 I was quoted. I called another chevy dealership and talked numbers with him and he could do the $600 number. I mentioned what your dealership was trying to do and he laughed and said if he got me to sign a lease for $799 for a car with no luxuries on it he would win salesman of the month. Your website is filled with postive reviews, so if this is the way you do business then those reviewers must be paid to write positive reviews. More
