I gave this rating because there were a couple sales people that basically looked at us like they had no interest in helping us. I came in already preapproved with a blank check and Don Friedel did ever people that basically looked at us like they had no interest in helping us. Mike Wiley is a great persond and he made us feel like we were welcomed. Mike is a "poster child" for great customer service. All employees who are in the customer service field can learn from Mike. He even helped us become famiiar with Onstar and other options that were available in the vehicle. Mike is definitely a guy who has a passion to help others and does not consider his job just a job.
