My experience at Ron Westphal Chevrolet was great. I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted to get. I had very specific requests for the car that I wanted. Brian Crunican was the most accommodating s into the dealership knowing what I wanted to get. I had very specific requests for the car that I wanted. Brian Crunican was the most accommodating salesman I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He listened to my requests and tried to find me the car that I wanted. When he couldn't come up with what I wanted within a 1000 mile radius, we started the ordering process. I must admit I was a bit anxious to get my car 2 weeks after placing the order. I would email Brian with questions and he would respond promptly and with sufficient information. When he didn't know the answer right away he would at least keep me updated until he found out the answer. When my car finally arrived I think that Brian was just as excited as I was! Everyone in the dealership from the manager to the finance guy to just the other salesmen were all so friendly and helpful.
