After a rocky start to my day at another dealership where I learned they'd sold the car I was interested in. I walked into Ron Westphal Chevrolet & the first person I encountered was Mike Wiley (my assigned I learned they'd sold the car I was interested in. I walked into Ron Westphal Chevrolet & the first person I encountered was Mike Wiley (my assigned sale associate). He greeted my family & I and as we walked across the showroom floor he explained to me he'd heard I was coming & had already pulled two '13 Chevy Malibu LTZs (A++ already for customer satisfaction). After agreeing the black LTZ was the sharper of the two cars, we climbed inside & Mike set off showing us all the bells & whistles. I was instantly at easy, he explained his passion for his job & how buying a car was suppose to be fun! My entire experience with Mike was nothing less. I never felt pressured to make a deal or rushed into the decision. We all laughed the entire afternoon as I signed the papers to make it official. Nearly three weeks after my purchase I am still as in love with my 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ as I was when I drove off the lot. The facility, staff, their kindness & friendliness did not go unnoticed. I was very pleased with both Frank and Don. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
