Robert Ithier did a great job and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was in the dealership 3 times and spoke with him at least 5-6 times on the phone over the course of a few days. Ea throughout the entire process. I was in the dealership 3 times and spoke with him at least 5-6 times on the phone over the course of a few days. Each time he was always available and if he didn't know the answer to a question he quickly got an answer for me. Finance and sales managers were also very polite and never pushy. I've purchased several new cars and this was among the very best experiences. I would certainly send my friends and family to Robert for a new car. More

This dealership encounter is the second time that I've dealt with Ron Westphal, and I am more than willing to say that it is not the last. These people are genuine, and the time spent with Bernard was ext dealt with Ron Westphal, and I am more than willing to say that it is not the last. These people are genuine, and the time spent with Bernard was extremely helpful and sincere. After a car accident that left the previous car (bought at this dealer) was totaled, the people were more concerned about my well being and were attempting to provide the best deal for my money. They far exceed any dealership in the area, and are pleasant people to work with! Always a smiling face and want to give you the best help from the kindness of their hearts. More

We were searching for a used car for our son for a Christmas present. We had been to other dealers trying to find a used car that met our budget but was also safe for my 16 year old to drive. We only had a few weeks left until Christmas and were starting to feel as if it wouldn't happen. We went to Ron Westphal Chevy and spoke with Scott and found a wonderful car just ideal for a first car. We took it to a mechanic prior to officially purchasing because we were a little scared on buying a used car. We received confirmation that it was a great car at a great price, and they could tell that the dealership/previous owner did what they needed to get it up to standards. Wonderful experience! More

Was greeted immediatley upon entering the sales office. My needs were a constant concern for several of the employees working. Several times I was asked if I needed a drink and was offered lunch as well. B My needs were a constant concern for several of the employees working. A few weeks ago, I met a really friendly lady named Rosanna. I was looking to buy my first car and was a bit nervous. She really helped me narrow down my options, in which my ultimate decision ended up Rosanna. I was looking to buy my first car and was a bit nervous. She really helped me narrow down my options, in which my ultimate decision ended up being the 2013 Chevy Equinox. I ended up driving the car home THE SAME DAY.
