This is our 2nd vehicle from Ron Westphal Chevy. Everyone was very nice and the negotiating went very smoothly. The only thing that could be improved was the delivery time of the vehicle. We waited a long time for it to be detailed after the papers were done and it could have been done a little better (for the amount of time it took). However, it certainly would not deter me from returning to this dealer or referring anyone. We are very pleased with them overall!! More

We just purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu. We recieved a very good price on the car as well as our trade in. Shopped for four months to find the right used 2500HD and found it at Westphal. Worked with Bernard for 3 hours to hammer out an exceptional price on a great truck. That was 16 months ago, recently had problems with the electrical and they managed to troubleshoot and fix it in very short order for a good price. Went into service another time for what I thought was abnormal shifting,1 Hr. later came out with the trans and engine computer completely updated, no charge even though the warranty was expired. Another minor electrical problem, 2 Hrs. troubleshooting and no charge. Sales and service employees are always professional, courteous, and accomodating. They will definitely be my Chevy dealer for many years to come. More

They ripped us off so bad. We drove all the way up from peoria IL a two and a half hour drive. We called them before we got there and they gave us a price on a car to be 3600. We get there and they tell us someone else would buy the car for 4500 so they wouldn't sell it to us unless we paid 4250. They jacked the price up on us $650. They said that their salesman never said that it would be 3600. They are the biggest liars ever. Never ever buy a car from them. More
