Great Used Car Experience! I just recently bought a used car from Roseburg Honda and the experience was amazing! From the beginning, Rick was walking my dad and I through the en I just recently bought a used car from Roseburg Honda and the experience was amazing! From the beginning, Rick was walking my dad and I through the entire process. He was the extremely helpful and detail-oriented. After going over all the details of the car and possible payment plans with my father, we decided to buy the used 2010 white CR-V. Now the only thing to figure out was how to get the car because I live all the way in Portland. After having difficulty finding a day off that coincided with someone else to drive down and get the car, Rick quickly offered to drive the car to me the next day at no extra charge! He arrived around 11am and he went over all the details and features of the car. I then filled out some paperwork that Rick went over with me to finalize the purchase of my car. He answered any questions I had along the way. After everything was completed he made sure I didn't have any questions and said I shouldn't hesitate to call if any questions came up before getting into the car that was his ride all the way back to Roseburg. I felt that Rick went above and beyond! I will be going to Roseburg Honda for any future car buying because my experience was so amazing! More

Avoid This Place, Dishonesty Practiced There Took my Honda Accord in due to a recall on the airbag, you know the ones that kill people. Encountered some very sketchy employee in the service dept. He talked out of both sides of his mouth and was doing his best to charge me for things I did not need. Had me open my hood and said he could see "mice paw prints" on my engine and they could have eaten wires, that it needed a costly inspection. I asked to see these rodent feet prints, there was none. He was basically trying to cheat me. I have heard from others to avoid this place and believe me I will. I tried to complain about this to management and they didn't seem to care. Taking my car to Eugene to have the dangerous situation fixed as I would not be surprised if shoddy work is done there. More
