The things we liked the most were: (1) he explained very well all the features of the vehicles and answered all our questions, (2) he never pressured us to make any decision (or pushing us to buy extra packages) creating a relaxed and peaceful environment all the time, (3) Brian Acosta worked the prices with transparency according to our needs, and (4) paperwork process was smoothly and faster than we thought. To give you a more specific example of our experience, we were always clear that we did not want the convenience package that other dealers were always pushing us to buy (this never happened at Rosen). One last thing: As English second language speakers, David made a wonderful job to talk to us clearly and making sure we understood everything. More
