Rosen makes buying a car fun Until I began working with John Muehl at Rosen--40 miles from my home--I'd no idea that buying a car could be a painless and even fun (!) experience. Until I began working with John Muehl at Rosen--40 miles from my home--I'd no idea that buying a car could be a painless and even fun (!) experience. Jon was beyond professional and wonderful; he fully and promptly answered my questions, treated me as though I were his only customer (he's one of the top Hyundai sales persons in the USA!) and took time to walk me through the buying process. He went out of his way to get the exact car that I had wanted. And when I took delivery: instead of throwing me the keys and waving buh-bye, he showed me how everything worked. Amazing! He clearly enjoys his job and is very customer-focused. I highly recommend him. Finance person Yaseen Ali is just as professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him too. I highly recommend Rosen; they hire only the best and especially Jon if you're even considering buying a car. You will be glad you did. More
