The price was acceptable right out of the box, and the courtesy extended in facilitating test drives of both the G90 and G80 were above and beyond my expectations - including, my taking home the G80 for a weekend. Once we decided which vehicle we wanted, we came to an agreement on the out-the-door price and trade-in value. He also promised to call me to have a complementary set of wheel locks installed after a week, but has yet to call. Once we moved to the finance office, that's where the experience went south. The finance person seemed very evasive and unclear as to what the numbers were and what she was including, and seemed to want to rush us through the process. She mentioned a "Technology dealer prep fee" of $600 which she was adding to the price that we had never agreed to. I did not pay it, but my guess is others fall for this kind of stuff. Not a pleasant experience. More
