Satisfied Henry was great and worked with me to get my monthly budget to a place where I was comfortable. He allowed me to begin the buying process with only 30 minutes to close and I appreciate the customer service. The only thing I would ding against the buying process is that I am now a 3-time leaser of Hyundai and had to pay an extra $48 per month for the dints and dings coverage for my lease. I was not able to take advantage of this offer since it increased my monthly payment too high. Iv'e had this coverage in the past 6 years (2 previous vehicles) for much less cost. It should have been included in my price as a courtesy given my history with Hyundai. This was the only miss! More

I did take a couple of trips to the dealer, before they located the exact car I wanted. This dealership is not just around the corner, so the miles added up and was added to my excessive mileage bill on my 2014 Genesis. The experience was one of the best. Although I didn't appreciate the finance guy who tried to pressure me into buying a third party protection plan, which I bought on my 2014 and turned out to be useless. If Genesis wants to offer a protection plan it should be from Genesis and not a third party. Plus he also forgot to put a # in the contract and I had to go back to the dealership and re-sign another contract. Found this to be the only negative. D. Randolph More
