He found the model that met my specifications. I could have gone to Elgin and got a price match in a different color (I really wasn't color specific, but the Brown was my top choice), but due to Greg's help I decided to stick with Rosen and go with Twilight Black (which I absolutely love). The only thing that would have made this 'excellent' instead of 'good' was the delay with financing during the final purchase. We ended up being there 5 1/2 hours (and I'd been there two hours earlier in the day and picked out the vehicle then) More
