The only dealership I recommend Jon and Debrah were so friendly , honest and helpful. This is my 3rd car I have purchased with Debrah with no issues at all and the first time I dealt Jon and Debrah were so friendly , honest and helpful. Thank You for Helping us Avoid your Dealership This past weekend my Wife and I scheduled an appointment to visit your car dealer and possibly purchase/lease two new Hyundai SUV’s. After arriving, This past weekend my Wife and I scheduled an appointment to visit your car dealer and possibly purchase/lease two new Hyundai SUV’s. After arriving, we were greeted by a friendly staff and two members of your Hyundai Sales Team, upon which they handed us off the Greg the leasing manager for Rosen Hyundai. Let me tell you Greg’s attitude was noticeable from the moment we met him. Although my wife and I were hesitant we explained to Greg that we had two cars to trade in, one with negative equity (2013 Dodge Dart) and one vehicle that was owned outright (2011 Hyundai Elantra). Greg did not seem too pleased to be looking at my vehicle (2013 Dodge Dart), and actually made several rude comments about the car. What I found interesting was the process of having to sign a piece of paper to verify that I knew there was damage/scratches/dents to each vehicle we had being appraised. After both cars were looked at Greg informed us we had several dings and dents on each vehicle, while a couple were $500 fixes. Again, I knew the cars were not perfect, but how often are used cars actually in perfect condition? Needleless to say Greg’s attitude grew more and more after we insisted on paying X amount per month, and that if we could not reach that deal then we simply were not going to buy a car from Rosen Hyundai. I just wanted to point out that Greg’s attitude and unwillingness to negotiate a fair deal cost you a deal for two new Hyundai Santa Fe. Just an FYI another Hyundai dealership went above and beyond in customer service and actually got a deal done with my wife and I. We are now the proud new owners of two Hyundai Santa Fe’s. I will never return to Rosen Hyundai because of Greg, and I will never recommend your dealership to anyone that I know. Thank You for helping us avoid your dealer! More
