Rude treatment! He never reviewed the work to be done. When completed. He said sign here and that was it. No discussion of what was done. It's hard to convey how rude he was when I arrived. There are no high pressure salespeople, the environment is relaxed and friendly, the choices, many. It is a completely relaxed way of doing business. I've purchased three vehicles from the Rosen dealerships, two from the one in Algonquin. If I need another vehicle in the future, I'll make ti three. The service department is clean, efficient and staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people who tell it straight--no bull, no pressure to buy. Good, solid work at reasonable prices. Hard to beat that kind of a combination. Throughout these experiences I've always felt my needs were more important than those of the dealership. I thought the sales rep who assisted me--Al Jordan--was on top of the game from the word go. I explained my needs and he knew just which cars I'd be interested in test driving. I bought a Ford Escape from Al, last time it was a Hyundai Elantra. Both of them quality vehicles, at a quality price matched with quality service from everyone with whom I spoke. Great place to buy a car! We do not like car shopping. In fact, we had been to various dealers, in search of a car, and left because we were pressured to buy something we were We do not like car shopping. In fact, we had been to various dealers, in search of a car, and left because we were pressured to buy something we weren't completely happy with. We came to Rosen because we decided on The Santa Fe. They were so patient, letting us test drive 3 different vehicles that night, listening to our concerns, our wishes and budget restraints. It was the first dealer I felt really listened and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want, just to make the sale. We were impressed with the knowledge that Eddie and Jon had about Hyundai cars.
