I had done quite a bit of homework before I arrived and knew what I wanted and did not want. He showed me cars that met my expectations. I told him and the sales manager that this was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car and I have been buying cars since 1966. I got what I wanted at a fair price and feel very confident in Rosen as a sales organization and feel they will be excellent as a service organization. More
