Beckman Purchase #4 Reached agreement to turn in current leased Santa Fe a few months early, to upgrade to another Santa Fe with more options. Agreed upon price and drove car home overnight, to return the following day to have wife sign on papers. The next day, had to wait 2+ hours. Then, was informed the deal could not be made as agreed upon. inasmuch as someone at the dealership applied credits that I did not qualify to have. VERY unprofessional to possibily lose the deal, hearing only a plea for understanding on our part that human errors happen. (Exact quote) If my wife did not like the vehicle so much, we would have killed the deal and walked out. Not a good way to treat a repeat customer. We have had four Santa Fe's from this dealership. amd one of my daughters has dealt on three vehicles. I used to be a very vocal supporter of the Rosen dealership, but no can do that in good conscience. More
