Seeing exactly what we were looking for i contacted Rosen via the internet and was quickly replied back to on Monday by Al Jordan. We made an appointment to go in later that evening to look and test drive a 2014 certified Hyundai Tucson and needless to say we quickly fell in love with it. From the color to the features we found it to be the perfect choice although the price tag was close to our top end it made us slightly nervous... would they be willing to work with us on the price we thought? Would we get top dollar for our trade in? Would they fight to get us at the car payment we want with the bank? The answer to all these questions and more was YES!!! We received top dollar for our trade in and with Al's relentless pursuit to provide the best service possible he and the sales manager Adrian Salihu worked with the bank to get us exactly the car payment we were looking for.
