I have experienced a nightmare with Rosen Kia dealer. After they put in a replacement engine; all xxxx broke loose and check engine light kept coming on for different things. Brian Alexis Ruuz Uceta was the customer service rep that took care of all my concerns. Today when I had my vehicke serviced by going thru my vehicle services done in the past & had the mechanic look at item took care of all my concerns.
