Absolutely amazing experience My mom and I needed to trade in two cars for a new one because my grandma is dying and can't drive anymore so my mom needed to make our 3 car payments My mom and I needed to trade in two cars for a new one because my grandma is dying and can't drive anymore so my mom needed to make our 3 car payments down to 2. One car was a lease with a year left and the other car was also was a little upside down so we knew it wouldn't be the easiest best deal. We went to Russ Darrow KIA by the mall first looking to trade in my grandmas Rio and my black 2014 forte. We just wanted to get another black on black forte and make the deal work however they needed to. Long story short Russ Darrow treated us like crap. We were there for 3 hours before they even ran the number to see if they could do a deal for us (which is what we needed to know before looking at any cars) My mom had to fight for her keys back for a good 5 minutes after they clearly werent going to help us out my mom had to yell and swear before they gave them back and we headed to Rosen. The minute we got there we talked to John Bareent told him what happened and the situation and within less than a hour we had the black on black forte we wanted and had the deal going. Everything was so smooth, quick and everyone was so respectful. We will never be returning to Russ Darrow but only to Rosen in the future. The finance and service department is amazing. 10/10 recommend More
