Thank you for taking the time to review us. We personally spoke with your daughter's Service Advisor, as well as the technician who inspected her vehicle to review her recent visit. During our inspection, the technician identified multiple concerns with the vehicle. These findings were discussed with her at the time of her visit, particularly because she indicated she planned to drive the vehicle to Beloit. Based on the condition of the vehicle and the issues found, her advisor stated that he did not recommend taking the vehicle on a trip of that distance at this time. She also stated that she did not currently have the time or financial availability to complete the recommended repairs and thus requested to take the vehicle back. Unfortunately, we did not have any loaner vehicles available as an alternative. At the time the vehicle was written up, there were no battery warning lights illuminated. We do want to acknowledge that while the battery and charging system were tested, the results were not attached to the repair order as they should have been. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure this step is handled properly moving forward. Please feel free to reach out to our Service Manager if you have any additional questions or would like to revisit the recommended repairs when the time is right. We are always happy to assist.
