Worst service experience of my life. $291 spent for NOTHING. I’m extremely disappointed. I brought my 2013 Sorento in for 3 problems. 1. Hyperflashing turn signals, 2. Radio not work $291 spent for NOTHING. I’m extremely disappointed. I brought my 2013 Sorento in for 3 problems. 1. Hyperflashing turn signals, 2. Radio not working and 3. Back up camera not working. I was told when I made the appointment that I could pay for one hour of diagnostic time, but when I brought the car in I was told it would cost $250 per problem ( just for the diagnosis and not for the repair). I think $750 diagnostic charge is excessive so I chose to have the turn signal hyperflashing evaluated because this was the primary safety issue. I was told I need new bulb holders and light bulbs that had to be “ordered “ and would cost me another $396 to fix! In addition to the $250 they charged me to look into the problem I identified, Kia did a multi-point inspection that I did NOT request! Of course they didn’t charge me for this inspection, but they found over $5000 in work to do including tie rod replacement ($600), strut bearing replacement ($1243), oil pan reseal ($41) and new tires ($808). I left the dealership mad, dissatisfied and disappointed. I will NOT return and I will tell my friends and family to avoid this Kia dealership. Furthermore, service advisor, Ivan Lopez, was not helpful. John Brusky More
