Service visit went fine up to the point where I was told that the actual part for the recall work hadn’t been ordered and wasn’t there. When I initially booked the service visit I asked and was told specifi that the actual part for the recall work hadn’t been ordered and wasn’t there. The service person at the desk worked with the parts department and eventually found the needed part, so that was a much appreciated. The general maintenance and recall service was completed in a timely manner that day and saved me from going on another trip to Rosen, which happens to be quite a distance from my home! More
Rep was polite however not very honest. Brought in my car for an oil change. Also mentioned that I had a small oil leak for him to investigate. Hour later the oil change was complete. The tech noticed a leak but was not sure about the source. The rep asked if I wanted to do a diagnostic and I agreed. 3 and 1/2 hours later I received a call back that the vehicle was done. Rep mentioned I could come back to do a diagnosis it the leak continued. I was confused . No explanation given as to why a diagnostic was not completed. Oil leak was never fixed or diagnosed . More

I just feel. like the waitbis always the longest thing. I find myself waiting longer than what I was told it would be. Don was very helpful last night when I called him about my car not starting. Headlights were coming on and dashboard lights were flashing, but no dashboard warning given of anything.
