The guys were very courteous and very helpful and seemed to be enjoying their job on a busy time when I came in for service. I live in Sheboygan and still do the hour drive as one time I walked in to our Ki to be enjoying their job on a busy time when I came in for service. “ I bought the K5 new from Rosen Kia new in July of 2020. Left me a voicemail : “No record of the extended warranty”. A second voicemail asking where I bought the car! I have purchased 3 new vehicles Left me a voicemail : “No record of the extended warranty”. A second voicemail asking where I bought the car! I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Rosen. The next vehicle will be from another dealer. There has to be a dealer where one can buy a car and when the first sign of trouble happens, the dealer doesn’t come up with “I have no record of the sale”…. If Jeff new the of all the xx that goes on…. 2.5 hour oil changes? I can go elsewhere and have it done in 10 minutes…. More

After a complete ignition and clock spring replacement, the tech did not put the steering wheel back in the correct orientation. My driver had to drive 4 hours with it that way and we had to pay our local the tech did not put the steering wheel back in the correct orientation.
