My biggest issue with kia rossen was the empty promise. I understand it is the salesmans job to be positive but to promise people that he will have them drive away in a brand new vehicle is just down right mean. Then to top that off with the hoops we jumped through only to in the end be denied in a very rude manner made it an even worse experience. We felt talked down to and embarrassed. The second the financial woman put our paperwork through and it was denied she was very rude. Had it been approved I'm sure her attitude would have been different. I work with the public daily and when I am treated right I give great reccommendations.However when I am treated the way you guys at rossen treated me I will let everyone know so that they don't have to go through the same bad experience.

I'm sorry but I stand by my review. If you guys couldn't get us in a car the first time I don't see anything changing this time. I apologize for saying suits. They were men dressed up. Regardless that was just one issue we had right off the bat. The biggest issue was the rudeness and the empty promise along with the hoops we jumped through for nothing.
