They had Horrible place...WOMEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Rosen Kia tried to sell me a CR-V with inferior brakes (kinda important in a car). They had the car "checked" by maintenance and said I didn't know what I was talking about. Really? Just got rid of a CRV I had had for 9 years and test drove 6 more in the previous month. Then manager Kevin tried to shovel some xx at me and started the whole condescending female stuff so I said I was no longer interested in car....wouldn't trust these guys as far as I could throw them. When I returned for my deposit, manager wouldn't sign off and started down the condescending female stuff and my husband had to walk in and challenge him to get the deposit back. THESE PEOPLE MAKE CRO-MAGNON MAN LOOK ENLIGHTENED....SYAY CLEAR!!!! More

(The stress of buying a car in my case was exacerbated because my car had been totaled in an accident and I felt the added pressure to get a new car quickly.) I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to contact Kevin first if they consider integrity, fairness and straight forwardness important qualities in a car salesman. More
