The dealership is good enough for me to smoothly trad in my previous MDX for a new 2023 MDX. Just wish the trad-in value be higher. The Sales person Victor is sincere, friendly, and knows his stuff. Avoid this dealership- they present the worst of all the stereotypes of used car salemanship: lied about the price and warranty and tried to charge 2K more (even though I had confired verbally and in writin stereotypes of used car salemanship: lied about the price and warranty and tried to charge 2K more (even though I had confired verbally and in writing prior to driving the over one hour trip to go there). Then they tried to bait and switch, manipulated the numbers and tried to trick us into buying another vehicle for more money. Offered 7 thousand less than value for the trade-in, even after we showed them another offer we had received from Carfax, Completely wasted my time. Avoid them!! More
