Asst Sales Manager Austin Andrade absolute worst, unprofessional person I have ever delt with and the sole reason I will never set foot in this dealership again. Tried to low-ball my trade in and added optional extended warranty along with other "add ones" tried to get me to purchase the extras. xxxxxxx sales tactics. Best advertisment is word of mouth, and I have shared my experience with many recommending they avoid Roseville Chevrolet and Austin Andrade. More
So, two stars and yet I recommend this dealership? I recommend because of the very friendly NON PUSHY staff and the ease of purchase/leasing. My salesmen John and Michael were great. I wasn't even thinking of getting a new vehicle, just looking at the Equinox EV to kick the tires. I decided to test drive it and liked it. On to sales they gave ma a really good price for my trade and we worked the numbers. To bad so sad for me the monthly on the purchase was a bit high for what I wanted. Then John remembered the low mileage on my Accord and recommended a lease. I've never leased before, we talked about it and I leased a 2025 Equinox RS EV. It is fully loaded and I'm happy. Honorable mention is the young lady, I keep forgetting her name that tried to help me with me problem that dropped the rating to two stars. All the paperwork is done and I'm waiting for my vehicle I am told it is being "DETAILED" and charged. About an hour later John drives the SUV up and tells me to inspect it. It was a HORRILBLE "DETAIL" it wasn't even a decent car wash. There were waters spots all over the roof, lower fascia and the side mirrors. The inside windows were filthy with haze. I was told to being it back tomorrow. I did and I swear all they did was wipe the roof with a damp towel to remove the water spots. I intentionally put a finger smudge on the drivers window and when I received my vehicle it was still there!!!! This has taken about 3 hours of my time between the two days. The young lady called me and asked me to bring it back again and the detail manager would do my car. This is the third trip in three days to this dealer and I live 45 miles away. I meet the detail manager and tell him my concerns. He assures me it will be in great shape when I get it back. I get it back and it looks good. As I’m driving home I see all the water streaks and dried up water spots on the front windshield. All he did was wipe it down he did not take the time to clean it. Yes it was complimentary but don’t offer a “Detail” when all that is being done is a rinse and dry. Expectations are higher for a higher level of clean. I do not see my salemen listed below. More

From day of purchase to 5 months later working with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. What happened to providing exceptional customer service? My 2025 has been in their dealership multiple times due to the lack of quality work. And I as a consumer have absolutely no right to be upset about it in their eyes. I’ve attempted to contact the owner on multiple occasions to get zero response. You would think that he would take pride in ownership of his dealership. Instead all he wants is his employees to sell you a product and doesn’t care about the quality of work provided. Doesn’t care that the product you purchased is not being provided. Ultimately they have sold me a product and not allowing me to utilize it. Don’t waste your time or money going there. The GM is horrible. And is well known in the industry for her behavior. The owner could care less about his customers. All you are is another $ sign. More
It does not matter if you have an appt, they will keep your vehicle all day and not give you any updates. The service advisor is given your name when you leave a negative review and will xxxx with you and your car. Melinda Filer is the worst service advisor ever. I will never return to this Chevy dealership for service nor to buy a vehicle after the way I was treated. Before my horrid experience I had purchased several cars with extended warranties from this dealership. Penny the manager definitely knows how to de-escalate a bad situation, so kudos to her on her skills. More

I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday. I checked it in at 10:54 and was told it would be done around 3:00. My husband picked me up and our kids and I ran errands for the afternoon. I drove back to the dealership at 3 o’clock only to find they hadn’t started on my car, nobody had called me to tell me it wouldn’t be done by three and made me feel like an idiot because they said they were “short staffed” and I was a “walk-in” so she was surprised I would come back at three. Either way, communication goes along way. I actually wouldn’t have minded, leaving it longer, except the look I got from the advisor when I was surprised it hadn’t been completed. I asked for my car back, with no oil change and no real apologies. More
