Open communication The internet sales manager and the finance person could have done a better job. The internet sales manager removed the "Lo Jack" and "Dent Care" optio The internet sales manager and the finance person could have done a better job. The internet sales manager removed the "Lo Jack" and "Dent Care" options in order to match my price quote. The change in options were never communicated during the negotiation process. It was only during the financial papers processing, I came to know about it that too by luck. The trust factor was lost when this incident occurred. The "portfolio elite" service contract was sold to me stating that I just have to pay $1 per day for 48 months (ie) $30 per month. So my monthly installment amount moved up from $556 to $586. However the credit union that is financing my car mentioned that if the service contract price ($2064.00) was removed, my monthly installment would be $541 and not $556. Incorrect numbers were provided in convincing me to purchase the service contract. More

Great Service Brought my new pickup in for the first oil change. I was early for my 7:00 am appointment along with several others. Replace defective tire I needed a tire replacement. Was not in stock, so was ordered. The next day, the tire was not delivered as scheduled. The Service Tech came to my r I needed a tire replacement. Was not in stock, so was ordered. The next day, the tire was not delivered as scheduled. The Service Tech came to my rescue by demanding the supplier deliver a tire immediately, which they did. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. When one expensive repair was in the grey area and technically just out of warranty, they stepped up and made sure it was still covered. More

Service advisers have no knowledge on vehicles, I even had one tell me that. I had to ride with a service tech to point out the rattling issue I was having in my truck, major inconvenience. Both my b pillars are rattling, i was told it was just a part of the truck, really? a new truck that costs over $45k? I was basically told to take my truck to another service center to have them check the rattles, ok gladly. No one acknowledged me at the service center cashier, i guess they didn't want to deal with any confrontation, they even asked my wife if she was with me, when she said yes, back to silence. Joy is quick to make you feel like she will help, then passes the buck to someone else. lack of communication by everyone in the service center is something i have never experienced before. i will never set foot on the john l sullivan chevrolet property again. from the loitering sales reps sitting on the railing waiting for prey (who actually walk to your car when you are simply going to service) to the rude and unknowledgeable service advisers. it is all a facade, i feel so taken advantage of from this entire experience, sales to service. Never again. More
