We arrived at the dealership for a pre-arranged visit with the Sales Manager, Joey, on June 2, 2012. He assigned us Edwin as our Sales Rep. to meet us first, as agreed. My daughter was the local area purchaser, and I drove up earlier that day from San Jose to accompany her as she negotiated her transaction. I had done some value-pricing homework on the Sonata GLS-the car she was interested in-along with the car she was trading, in order to establish a pricing and financing range that would fit my daughter's budget. So, once we arrived at the dealership is when the fun began. Edwin met us with his great personality, showed us the car, then we drove the car, and then we returned to the bright lights of the main showroom floor to do the deal. Having only one good eye, my initial problem was just locating the paperwork in front of me. Score one for the dealer! After I found it, we went back and forth on the numbers, price, trade-in, and all of the other stuff that goes with closing one of these transactions. The old guy (me) in this process scored a few points of his own along the way, I think, as I learned I had earned a couple of great nick-names by the end of the day from Joey and Edwin. (Maybe I could get an "Achievement Certificate" of some sort with those same names. I would be proud to frame it!) Joey was interactive throughout the transaction with Edwin, and I felt we were treated fairly on the pricing. So, the end result was the deal you made with "Team Jones" made us both happy, and that's how it's supposed to work, isn't it?. I know my daughter had a good time with all the give and take as well, and especially the good humor from both Joey and Edwin. It is a challenge at times when you walk into any auto dealership, but speaking for us both, I know we certainly had a good time at yours! Over the weekend my Dad and I went to Roseville Hyundai to look at the new Sonata for me. After having my old car for 12 years, it was time for a new one. Joey, the Sales Manager, placed us in the excell to look at the new Sonata for me. After having my old car for 12 years, it was time for a new one. Joey, the Sales Manager, placed us in the excellent hands of Edwin. Buying a car is a huge process and responsibility and Edwin took excellent care of my father and me. He was warm, friendly, respectful, patient, understanding and worked with us to negotiate an affordable price for me and my budget. He helped go over and explain everything to me in regards to the buying process and how the car itself worked. His good sense of humor also helped what can often times be a stressful situation! He provided excellent customer service to me and my dad and I would recommend anyone going to look for a car to go see Edwin! You will be well taken care of and not disappointed! Joey, the Sales Manger, is also excellent and works with the customers to make sure they are well taken care of. He was very respectful and worked with my father and me to come up with a budget that worked well for both parties. My husband and I started shopping for a new car on a Friday, I have been a long time Subaru customer, and had pretty much decided that was what I would buy again. My husband insisted that I drive some of the other car makes available in the price range I was looking in. I drove many cars in two days of searching, from the beginning my husband kept insisting we stop by the Hyundai Dearlership, Even though I had never looked at a Hyundai of any model, I was convinced, I would not want one. I finally gave in and said I would at least look at what Hyundai had to offer. Let me start by saying that the minute I drove onto the lot I was preparing myself to be pounced on, like all dealerships, although we were greeted right away, once I told them that I just wanted to look at the cars they let me browse. I was so surprised at what I saw, I was amazed by the line of cars they had, not what I was expecting. I decided to test drive a Sonata and instantly new this was the car for me. Our salesman Brando Wood was great, he answered all our questions and gave us our space so that my husband and I could discuss our options. Once we made our decision, Brandon went to work on making us the best deal, he and the team at Roseville Hyundai were wonderful through the whole process, which by the way took about 3 hours, anyone who has ever bought a car knows that that is a short time. Most of us would rather have a tooth pulled than have to go through the experience of buying a car, but, this dealership was fantastic, I never felt pressured the whole time I was there. I am so happy with this car, I know, I will return to this dealership again. Thanks to all the team that worked on getting me into my new car, and to Brandon who was knowledgable, considerate, and he was proud of his product line and with good reason. I have been a long-time Honda Civic fan, having logged 225,000+ miles in my current vehicle. I planned on keeping it for longer; however, last week a woman ran a red light and totaled my Civic. Unprepared for buying a new vehicle, I was dreading this process. Of course, I went to go look at a new Civic, but my husband talked me into considering an Elantra. I was impressed. The car fit me better, and it blew away the Honda in interior and exterior style and features. Furthermore, and what really solidified the deal for me, was the professionalism of Steve Parron, who really made the experience feel like I was given expert information from a family member - the kind of family members who actually want to HELP you. Honda did offer me a fantastic deal, but at the end of the day, I can't see writing a check to a place where I wouldn't want to give my hard-earned money to. Steve is also a veteran, and his great attitude, patience, and team effort was evident in every part of the day, from answering questions, to getting accurate info from the management to ease my concerns. I really appreciate how easy it was to work with everyone, and I'm thrilled to experience what the Elantra has to offer. Thank you so much for easing this "surprise" process for me! More

I walked into this dealership Friday and was immediately greeted by Edwin. As soon as we walked outside to talk I told him, (remember, within seconds of meeting him) "Look, I am not going to buy a car today greeted by Edwin. I am on my lunch break and I just want to check out the leg room in the Elantra. My husband is not with me, and I won't make a decision without him. I am just interested in looking." He was totally understanding and basically assured me he was not in this business to pressure anyone to buy a car. All he wanted to do was give me the information I needed to make an educated decision on buying a car. I love the style of the Elantra, but I didn't just want the base model, or even the GLS. As soon as I sat in the Limited 2013 Elantra, I wanted it. I knew I wanted it. I told Edwin that, and he still did not pressure me. I basically opened up to him about what I wanted which was a payment in my range and the Limited Edition Elantra with the navigation and back up camera. He worked with me for a few minutes. I told him I needed to go back to work. He grabbed Tommy and Tommy basically asked me what I needed to make that deal possible. I told him and then said I would be back around 530 to discuss a little bit more. They said, you promise? I said, OF COURSE! I needed to get my husband there to talk about the car with me. He wasn't available until around 7. So from 5, when I got back to the store, until after 7 we talked prices. Back and forth, back and forth. They were very understanding of what I needed and never blatantly pressured me to do anything. They offered prices, I offered prices. Finally we came to a deal. Now just to convince my husband! When my husband got there he spoke with Edwin and then Edwin and Tommy. After a couple of hours of back and forth with them on features and price, my husband, the boys and I finally agreed on a price. Oh yeah, they said they didn't have the blue I wanted. At first I was upset, and was thinking there was no way I was walking out of there with the keys to any color but blue. After they said they could offer tent with another color, I thought to myself, the gray would be nice too. I went with that. We shook on that. After we shook on a deal, Tommy went to call the SF store (that is where the car I wanted was located). He came back to me and said, You're never going to believe this. What! I said. We have your blue with gray leather interior! NO WAY! I was ecstatic. It is now Saturday. It took less than 24 hours for Edwin to grab my car from SF. As soon as I saw it, I FELL IN LOVE. Joey was also very pleasant. He was the one working with Edwin and Tommy on my deal. I am actually around $100 over what I wanted to pay per month, but in all reality, this car is well worth it. If I didn't get the limited, I would have been a lot closer to my original monthly payment I wanted. But I just couldn't deal with anything less. I know, I know, SPOILED! In the end, my car actually came with more than I thought it would. I got VERY lucky. I just want to say to Edwin especially, Tommy and Joey, THANK YOU SO MUCH. You were such a pleasure to work with and you BETTER BELIEVE I will be recommending you to EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Cookies next time I see you! Signed, HAPPY GIRL! More
