Well, my part wasn't available, even though I made the appointment 3 months ago. So Shon ordered it and told me to make another appointment in 2 weeks, I did. I came in for routine maintenance and encountered Rae at the front desk. She was not only very knowledgeable but was extremely friendly, personable and went above and beyond.
