Went to Roseville Hyundai looking for a new Tucson. Jourdin greeted me before even entering the building. Told him exactly what I wanted, and took me straight to the car to look at. Later Jason (Sales Manager) and Brian (General Sales Manager) worked really hard to get me the price that fit my budget. I didn't feel pressured as I was previously at the Sacramento Hyundai (off Florin Rd.) looking at a used 2011 model and was offered the same price as my new 2012. The sales manager also made me feel like I was ripping him off for the price I wanted. Jason at Roseville, was VERY professional and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Soon I was off to Kajen (Finance Manager) to sign the papers. Kajen went through and explained everything thoroughly and in a timely manner. Jourdin then set up my phone to the car, and went through everything I should know before driving off. This is my 2nd Hyundai purchase and have been really pleased with the Roseville Hyundai. When the car we called about ended up getting sold within the two hours from the call to when we got to the dealership, my wife and I were more than disappointed. However, that did not keep Jason, Internet Sales Manager, and Terri, our salesperson from taking good care of us. They located another car of same model year and gave us the same amazing deal that only that other car had. They also gave us a great value on our trade-in. Great deals and great customer service. My wife and I were looking for a used clean car. Well we found actually what we needed. A very clean '02 Honda Accord Ex for a very good price. We were so sure that this car was going to be gone if we didn't act fast. So we talked to Edwin and said we would be there at at certain time and that we would be traveling by train since we do live 250 miles away from Roseville. Edwin said normally they do not hold a car but since we shared ties to the Fresno area...both alumini.. he decided to take a chance on me. Edwin picked us up (curb-side service I might add) and headed to the dealership to complete the transaction. I was impressed with the car in every aspect. It was exactly as advertised. When we went into the dealership, we were only there to test drive a car so we could compare it to another make. As soon as we got there we fell in love with the Elantra. I came to buy and 2012 Veloster and was told one was on it's way (about a month) and that they would make me a contract for it so it would be "mine". This took 2.5 hours. If they found one exactly like the one I ordered before a months time they would call me and give me the option to purchase that one instead. What I went home with was a contract with a false vin number. I later found out from another Hyundai dealership that the vin number wasn't even for that type of car After calling and trying to get more information on this vin and when my car would come in I got bounced from one sales guy to the next with no one able to track it or tell me any information. Not a sales man, sales manager or finance person will call me back to talk about this contract. I want to make sure it's voided and that I will not be receiving a bill for an imaginary car in the future. This business also has an "F" rating with the BBB. Beware! More
