The thing I liked the most was the price. I asked for the best price...and received it the 1st time. Took me 2 weeks of shopping around to realize I was given the best price the 1st time. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy. They excepted the fact that I had already done my research on line and knew all the particulars about the car I was buying. Joey was great as my first contact over the phone. He was even patient when I couldn't make it on Friday or Saturday or Sunday like I thought I could. Weather was awful. Tommy was great with the paperwork. No hassles when I didn't want any of the option service contracts. Gaylynn was also helpful about a DMV question when I called today. Tommy was out of his office at the time and Gaylynn asked my questions thoroughly and is sending me the extra paperwork I need to change how the Title will read and to use our existing handicap plates.
