When dealing with the finance person felt pressured on changing my mind ... this person was making it sound that he was giving me an exceptional offer , after talking to a friend that recently leased a car from you i found out that she had the same experience with the same person . He was making the same offer bringing the price of the lease very close to a purchase price and making it sound like it was the best offer ...this is confusing and frustrating because I had already made it clear of the options that I preferred . I am giving a good review because of Diego, he is amazing ...but the finance guy was too agresivo e and pushi , classical car salesman behavior .... More

He followed up by phone calls and texts from the day we met to the day I purchased the car. He was very patient and did not "bug or pester" me even though he knew from the time I first met him that although I was looking, I wouldn't really need the car until approx 30 days later. He encouraged me to take a test drive in the Santa Fe to get the feel of the car. He was never pushy, but instead very personable, knowledgeable and kind. When the time was right, he and Jason Siegel found the color I was looking for. Jason Spiegel, the Sales Manager was also incredibly understanding. He knew that I did not want to haggle back and forth and made the whole process completely streamlined and comfortable. The whole purchasing process took less than 2 hours to finalize. Even the finance manager was very easy going and very comfortable to deal with. I would definitely return and purchase another car from Robbie and Jason when my youngest gets her license next. More
