Soonest appointment for service on my Elantra that was having an issue was 6 weeks out. There was a lack of communication from my service advisor after I texted and left a voicemail with questions about having an issue was 6 weeks out. There was a lack of communication from my service advisor after I texted and left a voicemail with questions about the repairs and when the vehicle would be ready. I ended up picking the car up and did the repair myself because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The estimate said that my #2 ignition coil was bad. When I did the work myself I found wood splinters and sawdust underneath my #2 coil when I removed it! I’m assuming it was from the remodel of the dealership that was going on next door and is probably blowing around the repair bay. Not a great experience, and I won’t be bringing my vehicle back anytime soon. More
