I just took delivery of a new GV60, two months ahead of the promised delivery date. At a time when EVs take almost a year to get, this was refreshing. I had two great people working with me, Deion for th the promised delivery date. At a time when EVs take almost a year to get, this was refreshing. I had two great people working with me, Deion for the test drive and Nijee to finish the transaction, since Deion had to leave before we got into all the paperwork. Both were very knowledgeable about the GV60 and very personable. The gentleman in finance helped move the process along with all the paperwork. I've had two nightmare five hour sessions at other dealerships, trying to close the deal. Not here. The paperwork took a little time, since there is a lot of it, but there was no hard-sell to get me to take the usual "extras." My polite no thank you was respected. The other part of the delivery was getting to know the technology in the car, which took some time, but it was all useful information for me and my wife, explained very carefully. This may be one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership, from the test drive, to completing the deal and learning about the car. Finally, since I came from El Cerrito to Roseville to get the car (long story as to why I wound up buying the GV60 here, rather than closer to home), I had a nice long drive home to get acquainted with how the car drives, which is even better than I envisioned. Great car, great experience with this dealer, and on a Saturday no less! I wish Deion and Nijee well! You can't find two better gentlemen to work with. More

I was dismayed by how far out we had to make an appointment for service. We weren't able to complete our vehicle registration due to a recall and scheduling months out is extremely inconvenient. The amount of hoops I had to jump through was unacceptable and there was no sympathy from Hyundai scheduling. It's not my fault this recall occurred. I also didnt receive any reminders about my apointment or written confirmation of my appointment to show the dmv. A reminder would have been nice considering how long ago i scheduled. That being said, my service advisor Paul was very nice and easy to work with and he's the only reason I'm giving a rating as high as a 4 More
Purchased a vehicle through this dealership; worked specifically with Joe. I’m my opinion, I was lied to about the condition of the vehicle, I was promised action that never took place, and I left mess specifically with Joe.
