Devon in the financing department was far from professional including insulting my intelligence and decision making process (after deciding to not buy the extended warranty) PRIOR to me signing and actually buying the car - NOT a smart move on his behalf. He should be taught to not insult people buying a car before they've actually agreed and signed all the paperwork. His logic used to try and reason the purchase of the extended warranty was also skewed, severely. He went on and on how the car is going to break down. He just about made me want to take my business elsewhere. Devon is the only hesitation I have from recommending people I know to go buy their car here; however, I know to tell them how to steer clear of his tricks. All things considered, my salesman was excellent, but I cannot say the same for the "financing" person, and you know what? That's what I will remember about this whole purchase, and that's what I'll tell people I know, and that's just unfortunate. But I know I got a good deal, and I was able to trade in my junk car, so for that, I am grateful. More
