I had a great experience. I had to reschedule my recall appointment to a different day and got it approved for a later time to work with my schedule. After work, the experience was completely pleasant as Rae in the service department took great care of me. She also approved of an inspection of my vehicle and threw in a car wash not charged for either service. Please hang on to her. Very friendly and very positive. Need more like her. Well, my part wasn't available, even though I made the appointment 3 months ago. So Shon ordered it and told me to make another appointment in 2 weeks, I did. BUT, when got home I noticed it said I was d appointment 3 months ago. So Shon ordered it and told me to make another appointment in 2 weeks, I did. BUT, when got home I noticed it said I was dropping off my vehicle, which I'm not, so had to make another appointment but nothing available till May. Also asked that they let let Shon know. I will make sure I call and confirm the part is there and they know where it's at before I come back. Price of gas doesn't warrant unless trips More

I came in for routine maintenance and encountered Rae at the front desk. She was not only very knowledgeable but was extremely friendly, personable and went above and beyond. Normally car maintenance isn’t the front desk. She was not only very knowledgeable but was extremely friendly, personable and went above and beyond. Normally car maintenance isn’t something that really sticks out in my mind as good or bad, it just is what it is, but this particular appointment will always stick out to me and make me want to continue to come to this dealership.
