My experience with Kia Roseville was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and I deeply regret my car purchase due to discriminatory treatment. They pressured me into a hasty decision in just 2 minutes, threatening to revoke their offer, and I found this negotiation approach rushed and unpleasant. Additionally, their request for my social security number, instead of allowing me to input it myself, raised serious security concerns. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this dealership at all, and even those I've shared my experience with are astonished that I stayed there despite the unfavorable treatment and time spent. More
