The dealer initially had a significant markup on the car, which seems to be standard for the industry nowadays. Zack was very helpful and not too pushy on trying to make the sale. The staff was accommodating and worked with me to make the sale. The reason I did not give 5 star reviews is because of two main things. 1) I did not leave the dealership with a full tank of gas and I think that’s just bad business when I purchased a new vehicle 2) I was asked to follow my trade in to the over flow lot and give the employee a ride back to Kia after I signed the papers. This is just strange as that is but my job, and more importantly it was almost 11 o’clock at night and that is a safety hazard to me. More
Always a nice experience. I do have an issue with a paint problem that I did not cause. My window post paint just peeled off the car while washing with a garden hose. You guys wash your new cars on the lot with a power sprayer. My issue wash a simple garden hose with no nozzle. Kia Corporate was like contacting a wall. Nothing happened after submitting 2 bids per their request. They later brushed me off and said to contact the local dealer. I like my Kia but I will never buy another one due to this experience.
