Warning to all car buyers! 2024 Camry LE (RU866625P) The sales rep, Tsimafei Karalkevich, was pleasant to work with. However, the sales manager, Esteban Lopez and the finance manager, Thue Lee, I cannot extend that courtesy to these two unprofessionals. The sales manager was dishonest and lying through his teeth. I asked about some items to be removed and yet he said it cannot be done. One of the items was the anti-theft system, LoJack. After I got home, I checked on their website for the ad for the vehicle that I purchased, it said "Notice, all of our vehicles have an anti-theft systems installed. The advertised price excludes the purchase of this anti-theft system installed, which can be purchased for an additional cost or removed from the vehicle at time of sale." As a matter of fact, all their online ads for their vehicles have this very disclaimer. As for the finance manager, Thue Lee, he was like a vulture, pushing something that I repeatedly said that I do not want and that is the service contracts. It got to a point where I raised my voice at him to stop and yet he continued to push it on me. This was the most unpleasant car purchase that I have ever encountered and I will never come back to this dealership again. Roseville Toyota, if your focus was to get a one time customer, then you have succeeded. If your focus was on repeated customers and future "word of mouth" customers, then you have failed quite miserably. I would have given a half star, but that option is not available. As for management, I did email the GM and the GSM, I receive no response from either one. More

He gave me such a bad time. And even got upset when he realized I was not going to purchase them. Customer satisfaction is not their priority instead, take as much money from customers it is. Be very careful when buying a car from this dealership. A few days later customer service called me to say “I’m sorry for what happened “ and that was it. I trade in my car and he was trying to take away $400 from the appraisal offer I got at CarMax, since they were trying to give me a very ridiculous offer. I’m so disappointed with them. More
Called in and spoke to a salesman about ordering a car we built online. Toyota makes it appear as you can order a car but it's just an advertising trick. He said come in and well get it ordered. when we arrived, no one even acknowledged us. we finally flagged someone who paged the salesman who never even came to see us. You can enjoy a free coffee in the cafe if you wait while the service is done. They have a nice lounge area to wait. More

Unless you have a warranty no charge please do not go in . This is the the the most criminal repair center out there, they are trying to charge my wife over $6200 to replace a torque converter on a Toyota F . This is the the the most criminal repair center out there, they are trying to charge my wife over $6200 to replace a torque converter on a Toyota Four Runner, they did the over all report and wanted over $6500 to replace shocks and struts the total bill with everything they wanted to do was over $19,000 this is a 2009 four runner with 156,000 miles we are retired so we have never taken it out four wheeling . Also they told me it would cost me over $13,000 to replace the transmission More
