They would do well to take a more consultative approach...make the customer feel comfortable...not pressured. Typical of the stereotype here...pushy car salesmen. I went to the Lexus dealer down the street and was approached in a much nicer way. They just laughed when I related my experience and said they heard it all the time. Guess I'll be buying a Lexus. How stupid do these people think the public is. Ohh...I know many are stupid...but they have got to consider how many won't even stop when they see all the salesmen waiting outside on the lot....you do the math. I find it insulting and obnoxious.
