Apparently bumper to bumper doesn't cover defective parts There is damage to my steering wheel on my 5-month-old 2018 Highlander SE. It is defective. Without any information, Shane deemed it "outside influence" and now I'm having to contest it with a Case Manager to try to get this repaired. So much for spending thousands of extra dollars on bumper to bumper service. You just lost a repeat customer More

No Responsibility Service center broke my hubcap and didn't tell me. Had to find out myself when i got home. Wasted my gas and time to go back and resolve.
