Set of keys were missing. Service follow up very poor..no one called to give me update when the car will be ready.and advisor Barbara ask me to sign paper stating that i pick u Service follow up very poor..no one called to give me update when the car will be ready.and advisor Barbara ask me to sign paper stating that i pick up the car but , did not advised me nothing.good thing i read the paper work after.my set of keys were missing and i was asked to look for the keys that i turned in.WHAT ???? Glad that Cole was there when i was already very fiurious!!!swear never again to get service And the sales man Steve i have to get mad at him too and told me i very disrespectful in front of the 20 sales people in the lot.!!! I will be writing aweful reviews on yelp and bussiness bureau too.and blog out there!! Never experience such awful service.! More
